TRAINING CENTRE COORDINATOR

Your tasks:

• Manage the day to day running of the European Training Centre: Be the centre's first point of contact forThermoking clients, manage course registration and evaluation,set up training scedules, coordinate your team of trainers,...
• Provide Service & Diagnostic product training for our Thermoking’s distributors. Aspects you will be treating include: Engines, 12vdc electrical, 400vac electrical, microprocessor based controls, telematics, mechanical drive systems & routine maintenance,…
• Plan training programs, methods and systems in a structured format that will build student education over a 3 year period
• Demonstrate expertise and product knowledge at the highest standards
• Manage the job & the process with minimum supervision
• Work with colleagues as part of a cooperative team

Your profile:

• A degree in the field of Electrical or Mechanical sciences or equivalent through experience
• A minimum of 5-10 years experience
• A driven desire to investigate and reverse engineer
• Motivated to teach and have excellent presentation skills
• Strong organization and people management skills
• Excellent language skills: at least three languages fluently
• At your best in an international environment
• Open to the occasional travel
